Our client is a well-established company looking for a self-motivated person to work on their Reception. The team consists of 6-8 people and the successful candidate will be reporting to the General Manager. The office is based in Parnell which is very close to the train station, working Monday to Friday office hours and the role is paying $22 - $24 per hour, depending on experience. If you are an experienced Receptionist or customer service representative who is open to doing some temporary work but has the flexibility to be extended for 12 months, we would love to hear from you.

About you:
• You will be meeting and greeting patients
• Answering and transferring calls
• Filing and scanning
• Assisting with general enquiries
• Coding invoices
• Ordering stationery
• Sending and receiving mail
• Cash management tasks and other administrative duties

• Be an experienced MS Office user
