Our clients are regularly looking for Receptionists. If you are an experienced Receptionist or customer service representative who is looking for either a permanent role or temporary, we would love to hear from you!

About you:
• You will be meeting and greeting customers
• Assisting with general enquiries
• Ordering stationery
• Sending and receiving mail
• General invoicing and cash management tasks and other administrative duties

To be successful in your application you will:
• Be committed to providing exceptional customer service
• Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, variable environment
• Have a strong work ethic and be a true team player
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have high attention to detail
• Be an experienced MS Office user
