About the role - Atu mo te mahi
Reporting into the Licensing Team Leader, your key responsibilities will be to manage all complaints/registrations by gathering all relevant supporting information to assist the investigations team in accordance with company policy and procedures. The role requires a high level of resilience, attention to detail and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

 

You'll have demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment providing administrative support and a keen eye for detail. You'll be the first point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, be an articulate communicator with a confident and professional personality. High work ethic and an ability to work independently and show a high level of initiative is key in this role.

 

Key tasks and accountabilities:
• Applying legislation, policy, procedures and guidelines
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
• Receiving, acknowledging and logging all complaints
• Managing and responding to all communication received by email and phone
• Support the Investigations Team
• Undertaking inquiry and analysis
• Compiling all information to generate reports
• Ability to make sound judgments
• Handling Tribunal queries
• Liaising with Immigration and Legal Advisors
• Ad-hoc administration duties
• Having a good understanding of the Legal/Immigration sectors

Proven experience as an Administrator/Licensing/Complaints Officer 
• Experience handling and analysing complaints
• Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in establishing positive external relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proven ability to use initiative, sound judgement and discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat
• Methodical and remain calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
• Ability to work co-operatively and effectively as part of a team and autonomously
