Sales Support Administrator

We are looking for a customer orientated Sales Support Administrator to join this well-known company.  Offering variety, this role will be perfect for a highly organised administrator who is passionate, positive and charismatic and enjoys being in a hands-on role. This is a full-time permanent role, based in Mt Wellington where you will be provided with full training, car parking, compnay benefits and ongoing support.

About the role - Atu mo te mahi

Reporting into the National Sales Administrator, the Sales Support Administrator is responsible for assisting and supporting the day-to-day activities of the Auckland Sales Team to ensure the timely facilitation of delivery of goods and the accurate daily processing of all orders.

This role will include engagement with clients, internal/external stakeholders, external providers and industry contacts, over the phone, email and in person

The ability to perform with a high level of autonomy, varying workloads, excellent computer literacy and the ability to be self-motivated and able to perform well under pressure to meet key deadlines are essential requirements of the role.

Key tasks and accountabilities:
  • Processing daily/weekly and monthly orders  
  • Managing client account documentation
  • Answering inbound calls and managing the email inbox
  • Managing customer queries/complaints/resolution
  • Management of CRM system
  • Assisting with processing sales forecast/reporting documentation 
  • Organising/tracking delivery schedules
  • General administrative/office duties

  • Proven Sales/Administration/Customer Service experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and being pro-active
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive & confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & SAP
  • Ability to work independently and strong initiative
  • Ability to work in a changing environment
  • Tech Savvy
  • Experience within a high paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
