Our client is a professional and fast moving organisation within the Logistics industry. They have a large and modern facility located in Mangere.

Due to business expansion, they are looking for a new person with a great attitude to do this full-time permanent role as a Senior Contact Centre Representative. In this role you will improve and streamline processes that the CSRs follow and helping resolve any escalated calls. Plus you will data entry input daily sales orders and handle inbound customer calls along side the rest of the CSR team.

Work hours: standard office hours, Monday to Friday


Responsibilities include:

  • Take inbound calls, emails & faxes to receive and process customers' orders
  • Handle escalated customer calls
  • Reporting in Excel
  • Improve and streamline processes that the CSR team use
  • Respond to customer enquiries about products, services and complaints
  • Create and distribute customer and supplier reports
  • Help the customer service team to reach annual goals

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • Prior senior level call centre experience
  • Experience using SAP (or a similar system) 
  • Accurate typing and data entry
  • Can do attitude
  • Good English communication skills
  • Must have NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency visa
