Our client is looking for a energetic and agile administrator who loves diverse and interesting work, including research!


Along with assisting in the smooth running of this small but busy office the successful applicant will also spend 30 to 40 percent of their time carrying out research to support the research team.


The right person for this role will have:

  • Focus on quality, accuracy and achieving results
  • A high degree of initiative with the ability to self-motivate and work with minimal supervision
  • Well developed verbal and written communication
  • High level of comfort with technology, including: Microsoft Word and related software, with a strong ability to develop, format and edit correspondence and reports
  • Some exposure to database management
