About the role


A large Government agency in Wellington are looking for a Team Administrator to provide a range of administration, coordination, and support services to a Project Team, Senior Manager and Chief Advisor.
While reporting to the Senior Manager, you'll be the assisting with:

• Recording notes and action points
• Ensuring consistency across programme filing structures
• Conducting analysis or reports to identify trends/issues/improvement opportunities
• Organising meetings, event and workshops including catering and equipment
• Managing records and databases
• Coordination of purchase orders, invoice payment processes for the project

About you
You'll be organised and comfortable working across groups and teams to ensure people and papers are ready to go. You're comfortable with multi-tasking, prioritising and planning and you'll love problem solving. You're also a natural relationship builder and enjoy working with the rest of the team to achieve the best outcomes.
What you will bring:


• Experience in team administration including with a project team
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
• The ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft suite including Visio
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Proactive attitude with plenty of initiative
