Team Assistant

  • Salary of $60,000- $70,000 depending on experience
  • Central Wellington Location

About the role:

The role of the Team Assistant is to provide a professional and comprehensive administration service to their Team.

  • Email, inbox and diary management
  • Coordinating meetings and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining and updating reports, including document editing, formatting and printing
  • Developing and drafting a range of correspondence
  • Creating reports from databases
  • Coordinating meeting agendas
  • Resource, finance (including invoice/payment), HR and travel administration
  • Leading and assisting event management as required, including logistics and programme scheduling
About you:

You will be a seasoned administrator, enjoy working with a team to achieve common goals and be able to provide exemplary support and coordination to keep the team running at full speed.

  • Strong Administrative skills
  • Initiative and ability to prioritise and work at pace
  • A team player who can work collaboratively (particularly with other TAs and EAs)
  • Highly organised, efficient, detail oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to build relationships
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and a range of web tools
