All the output data from our assessments is analysed by our in-house organisational psychologist in order to ensure a strong match between a candidate, your role requirements and the environment in which they will work.
Options for assessment include automated generated reporting as well as Psychologist written assessments across a range of providers, with each assessment assignment customised to the needs of the client/ role. To ensure we are testing candidates for the right competencies we will undertake a briefing process by our Registered Psychologist in consultation with our client and OCG Consultant.
